My grandfather was a vintner, I have a degree in Chemical Sciences and I started and ran a bodega in Penedès from 1994 to 2006. I’m connected to Empordà, with a longing for the smell of the winery and, with the help and encouragement of my wife and friends, I’ve started this new project. It allows us to work in an artisanal way and get the best expression of the varieties native to the Empordà.
A wine lover, I promoted the launch of the Winery. Having worked previously in healthcare, training and new technologies, I’m excited about this project and learn more about the winemaking process with each passing day.
After ten years making wine in Empordà, I was offered a new challenge and a new hope… to make the best wines using the varieties from our region.
Happy to be another cog in the machine that which helps Cellers d’en Guilla, grow more each day, along with Martí, Assumpta, Mònica and Marc.
I take care of the fields, help out with tasks at the bodega and keep up with maintenance on the Winery. I like working with my hands out in nature.
